UPDATE – Services back online – Website and Payment Interruption
UPDATE:
We have just had an email from the payment processor CoinPayments to advise they have fixed the interruption to services and our payment gateway is back online and working as it should.
We have run a test payment here and all working as it should.
The website appears to be back online for most countries however we have had some reports of website not loading for some people, we are continuing to work with the web hosts to get this sorted as soon as we can.
We have experienced some website interruption in certain countries with the hosting company, they have the site back online in most areas. If you are still having trouble seeing the site please test in a new browser (such as Firefox or Internet Explorer) and try to clear your history/cookies etc.
We are currently experiencing some down time with the payment processor, this is a Processor-wide (i.e. all Merchants not just us) issue and the payment processor is working on a fix now.
We will update when we know more. If we do not have a solution in the next few hours we will look at options for implementing a backup payment processor instead.
